Christine's Benefit

A good friend of mine and yours is in need of help. Her name is Christine Arason and she’s a long time member of the WIIL ROCK Promotions and Programming Departments. More than likely, you met Christine at a concert somewhere in the Milwaukee/Chicago area. She has coordinated 90% of our M&G’s at every venue in this area.

Christine has been sick for some time and has most recently discovered the cause and it’s called Chronic Lymes disease with a co-infection of Bartenella. It’s “chronic” because she’s had it at least two years and the earlier it’s caught the easier it is to treat. Christine is currently taking oral antibiotics along with oral supplements. Twice a week she’s receiving an IPT treatment. Lymes Disease has Spirochaetes which are able to cross the blood brain barrier. In order to attack them, they lower the blood sugar below 50 and push antibiotics to attacks the Spirochaetes. All of this has made it impossible for her to work, not to mention the treatments are extremely expensive and not 100% covered by her insurance.

Here’s where you can help… At this time we’re asking for donations. We’re also holding a benefit for Christine on Friday, September 18, 2015 at Route 20 Outhouse in Sturtevant, WI. Please join us where 100% of the proceeds of that will also go to cover the cost of her treatments.
