Christine had blood work done that showed a significant drop in platelets so there was a concern raised. A bone marrow biopsy was ordered and results were expedited . The results were not what we had hoped. There is a return of the Acute Myeloid Leukemia and there are a large percentage of blasts unfortunately.

Today we met with the doctor and developed a new plan. Christine will have a pic line placed and begin ramp up meds this week in order to begin chemotherapy M-F starting next week. They will again administer this chemotherapy in hopes that they can reduce the blasts down enough where we could consider another donor lymphocyte infusion from Sean. 

We remain hopeful since Christine has been in good health, has been well rested, and has strength to begin this battle again. She has her amazing family by her side, she has great doctors, a dream team of nurses both near and far, she has fabulous friends! What more could a person ask for you say ? Christine will ask for your prayers for all those mentioned! For their physical and mental well being.
