We are asking for your financial help on Chris' behalf. Those of you who know her, know that this is not something she is comfortable with.
She is the helper, the servant, the caregiver - NOT the patient!
Unfortunately, that is what she will be until further notice.
Chris was diagnosed one week ago, Friday, March 22nd, with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. The cancer has spread to her liver and lymph nodes as well. In her doctor's words "it is not a curable cancer, but it is treatable." Our goal is to prove him wrong! To show him how Mighty our God is!
Treatment involves an extensive course of chemo, in 12 week increments. Her Oncologist will closely monitor the effects and focus on her quality of life. While undergoing chemo, Chris is determined to fight the cancer from a natural approach as well. She's cutting out all sugar, eating high alkaline foods and supplementing with all cancer-killing substances known to man! She has no intentions of submitting to the prognosis, but she needs your help.
As the "caregiver" Chris forfeited a career in the business world many years ago and found other means to contribute to her family financial needs. Many of you know, Brad's health has been deteriorating over the past several years, so Chris has really focused on caring for him and as a result, their income is substantially lower than it's ever been. The bills have already started piling up and now that Chris is unable to work in any way, they truly need your help.
Starbucks. Chick fil A drive through. AZ Lottery tickets. Harkins Movies...
No, I'm not asking for these things. I'm asking you to forfeit one or more of them and redirect just a little to Chris and Brad.
Once a week?
Once a month?
One time?
Every small amount will help Chris receive the care she needs, and relieve some of the added financial stress they will face in the months ahead.
Our family has been through too many tragedies. While we are dumbfounded and devastated yet again, we are also rejoicing in His love through each of you.
We love you and thank you!
XOXO
