Couple months ago Christine Kamienski had a non-job related accident. Broke her leg days prior to starting the job in position of head Chef at David Burke's restaurant, and as a result she has significant medical and household expenses, no insurance, no unemployment benefits, no disability insurance and two HS kids to support as a single mom with no family to help her. Her rehabilitation will be expensive.  After multiple surgeries  and bedridden she lost her new job, too. 

The funds collected will be used towards housing and utility bills.
Funds are needed immediately as they are at the point of losing their home and basic utilities.
