Hello friends and family far and wide!
I’ve been struggling with the right words to say here, so I will do my best….❤️
My beloved Aunt Chris has been battling a brain tumor (glioblastoma) since July of 2023. She originally grew up in Beecher, Illinois and later raised a family in Heyworth, and then settling things down in the Texas Hill Country where they currently reside.
To describe her with one word is near impossible. Fun to be around and she is always the “cool aunt”. She’s a Hearn! A fighter, a hard working, full of love for people and all your furry animals. She’s witty, strong willed, and oh so loved by many. She is a huge part of the community where she was teaching in Lampasas and has owned a a salon in Marble Falls, Texas for now over 6 years.

“I appreciate all of your kindness, thoughts, prayers and generosity. Thank you so very much. We have been keeping this close to the chest but I can use all the prayers I can get. I have glioblastoma, I have had 2 brain surgeries one in December and one last July. Been through radiation and some chemo and a couple rounds in the hospital. My immune system is in bad shape but they say no new growth on the tumor.”
