Christina’s GSV surgery

This year my back pain problems just kept increasing. I had an MRI that showed one of my spinal discs had slipped and was pressing on my nerves. The doctors say I need surgery to remove that disc but refused to do it because of my weight. Without the back surgery I can loose the feeling in my right leg and potentially no longer be able to walk with it. I am a nurse for Vandenberg Air Force base, I need to be able to keep going to take care of my patients and provide for my family. I have three beautiful children and a very supportive husband who is picking up more jobs to help save for gastric surgery. I decided to get the gastric sleeve surgery to help get the weight off faster in order to get the back surgery done ASAP...but my insurance doesn’t cover the surgery at all. It is completely excluded from my company’s plans. I have found a board certified surgeon who will perform the surgery on payments with a 2,500 down payment. I got a second job delivering groceries but my surgery is less than 3 months away and I am just asking for help. Any amount helps. Thank you for your time and consideration.
