Christina Polites. Wife, Caregiver and Mom.

My name is Vince, and I've been asked by a friend to come to this community and request assistance. It means a lot to me to be asked. John doesn't ask for help. But, he and his family have never turned down the opportunity to help when called upon. John's wife Christina has been a Cancer survivor for 12 years. Until recently, she has been living a life filled with the things she enjoys most: Hiking, Fishing with her family, and wildflowers. In April, she was diagnosed with Cancer again. She fought it with everything she had, but it wasn't enough this time. After being Married, cherished and adored by her husband of 49 years, they are having to say goodbye today. May 9th, 2025. John and her son are going to be by her side. Just like Christina was by the side of so many families she helped in her 25+year career as a Hospice Home Health Aid for North Bay. Knowing John, it pains him immensely to have to ask for help. But this is me, on behalf on John, asking. They have been overrun with medical costs, and are now having to plan a funeral. Neither of which they have had time to prepare for. If you're able to help in ANY way, please do. Prayers for John and his son are also greatly appreciated and felt.
