Christina, Andrew, Adele & Finn relay for Rory Peck Trust

Christina, Andrew, Adele and Finn are running 5k each through east London on Sunday 7th September to raise money for the Rory Peck Trust.

And we need your help!

As we have seen in the past few years, and particularly the past few weeks, journalists in conflict zones are facing ever greater dangers to bring important stories to the world.

Simply wearing a press vest no longer suffices and access to conflict zones is restricted. At a time when it feels journalism is under attack like never before, it's more important than ever for factual, eyewitness journalism.

The Rory Peck Trust provides practical and financial support to freelance journalists and their families worldwide, helping them to work more safely and professionally.

We know all too well how vital freelancers - whether reporters, producers or camera operators - are within our work. They are our eyes and ears to the stories we tell and we wouldn't be able to do our jobs without them.

We would be grateful for whatever you can spare for this worthy cause.
