My husband of 32 years after having suffered with chronic pain since 1999 now has Cancer of the spine, lung, hips & pelvis. Despite having a spinal stimulator implanted twice, he continues to suffer greatly and is unable to work.
With him being uable to provide, I was left as the sole source of income. I am a self-employed cosmetologist and used to balance my time between work, caring for my husband and on some days our grand-son whom we cherish...I used to travel to Nursing Homes to provide residents there a sense of beauty to remind them of how beautiful they still are. Unfortunately my husbands care has been so great and with health issues of my own my worst fear is coming true.
I had to take a leave of absense from the Nursing Homes I loved and even had a leg get broken which accounted for even more issues.
I am humbly asking you to donate any amount as we go through Cancer treatments and rehabilitation. In addition, we are desperately trying to hang on to keep our home as we have rescued animals throughout the years and if our home is lost then they will have no where to go :(
