So as many of you know already Christian (my son) fell in a ditch and broke his leg in 3 places he broke his tibia in half and fibula in two places. His tibia required surgery and they inserted about a foot long rod held in by four screws. His fibula is still broke as that is not a weight-bearing bone so they figured they would let it heal on its own. He is currently walking on a walker when he is able to, at the moment that’s not a lot. He does start physical therapy next week thankfully they will come to his home to do this as he is obviously not able to drive . However, unfortunately, he had just signed on his new home two days prior. He also has other bills and many co-pays and medical bills to come as he probably has about a three months healing / recovery process. He was the only one working as his fiancé Asia stayed home full-time with their 6 month old daughter Saylor. And now she also has to help take care of him and the baby he’s not one to ask for a handout but given the circumstances, I figured we would post this as many family and friends have asked how they could help right now we thought this would be the best way to help ease his burden so he is able to focus on healing over the next couple of months.
