Hi! My name is Christian Heslin, I am 16 years old and live in Santa Barbara, California. Some of my hobbies are Surfing, Golfing, traveling, and helping those in need, which makes this a once in a lifetime opportunity. This June, a non-profit organization called Project Save Our Surf is taking water filters, art supplies, and countless necessities to families in El Salvador. The water crisis in El Salvador gets increasingly worse every day, and will not get any better unless those who are fortunate enough to have basic needs like fresh water step in. The water filters me and my team are bringing will supply multiple villages with fresh water, drastically increasing the quality of life. Not only will we be bringing necessary supplies to El Salvador, but will have the chance to teach children how to learn the basic necessity of living in california, surfing! The funds you donate will go towards airfare, housing, etc. along with the water filters we are installing, and any funds over my goal of four thousand dollars will go towards similar trips also sponsored by Project Save Our Surf in different countries that need aid just as bad as El Salvador.
To go on this trip would be the most amazing expierience of my life, and to be able to spread the word of God in places that have never heard of Jesus or the Bible, while saving lives through the water filters would be absolutely priceless.
