We’re fundraising in memory of Christian ‘Bic’ Eccles.

Bic’s passion in life was music. He travelled the world playing drums, bass, and piano, and could turn his hand to almost any instrument.

Alongside being a gifted musician, Bic was a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher, inspiring people of all ages and backgrounds. In recent years, he taught at:

• Peterborough Centre for Young Musicians

• Hampton College

• Hampton Gardens

• Stanground Academy

• City of Peterborough Academy

He was also a proud member of the Jam Knights, a weekly event at Corby Social and Ex-Servicemen’s Club, that welcomes musicians of all levels.

Supporting music education and nurturing musicians was always close to Bic’s heart. He believed deeply in giving others the chance to learn, play, and find joy through music.

We, Roberta (his sister) and Sarah (his fiancée), feel it is fitting that donations be shared amongst these causes, helping to provide music education and equipment for the next generation of musicians, in Bic’s memory.
