Christian Duran is 10 years old. He was hit by a car on Friday, May 12 while crossing the street. Chris sustained severe head trauma which caused his brain to swell. Despite all the efforts by the amazing staff and doctors at LAC+USC Medical Center the injuries were too much for his brain and Chris was pronounced brain dead.

His parents Angela and Oscar Duran have been able to look past there own pain and suffering and they've made the selfless decision to donate his organs to other children in need. Their hope is that by donating Chris' organs they are able to help numerous families have brighter days with their own children.

We have received incredible support and love which has helped the entire family make it through this incredibly difficult moment.
