Don protégé
I have an opportunity to coach with Pole 2 Pole Baseball which is a collaboration of two Academies: The Baseball Academy (TBA) in South Africa and The Deutsche Baseball Akademie (DBA) in Germany. TBA will be hosting DBA and other international teams in Cape Town, South Africa to play a 8 game series from December 26 – January 7. This will be a “once in a lifetime opportunity” to not only coach international baseball but also to experience a different culture.
Tentative costs will be $1000 for Room, Board, ministry opportunity, and uniforms, $2000 for airfare, and $200 for spending money. I need to raise the money by December 1. There will be a Christian focus to the trip which will include daily devotionals, experience of a Christian church in a foreign culture during the Christmas season, and community service in underprivileged areas of Cape Town.
