I’ve never really been good at this type of thing so I’m just going to speak from the heart.

I’m currently really struggling with my health and unfortunately have found myself in and out of the hospital the past few months. I’ve suffered for a long time with a genetic condition that has lead me to multiple intestinal surgeries, hospital stays, and several procedures. Over these last few month or so I’ve lost 20lbs and have really been struggling to put weight back on. I spend the majority of my time in bed thanks to the inability to absorb any solid nutrients. Eating in general makes me feel incredibly sick and the doctor's think I may have several adhesions partially obstructing my bowels along with chronic pancreatitis. 

I am afraid my condition needs a lot more medical attention and intervention in order for me to get my health back to normal. I am currently at a huge loss financially, as work has been hard to come by due to continual Covid closures and travel bans and the medical attention I need is all incredibly expensive. 

I was really excited and feeling optimistic today about hopefully being admitted during my hospital visit, however, it saddens me greatly to say I was turned away due to the lack of payment options. In other words everything must be paid in full before I can even be seen! So even with potential help on the way, I was unable to get the treatment I desperately need.  

I feel pretty helpless, stressed, and incredibly overwhelmed with my situation. I am in need of treatment and financial support. I worry without this help, my outcome could be quite devastating.
