Donation protected
Christopher "Chris" Symank 39 died unexpectedly of natural causes at his home in Seabrook, Texas on February 27, 2015. He was born May 26, 1975. Chris was a friend to everyone he met. He had a contageous laugh and an unforgettable smile. Chris's personality was larger than life! According to his wishes, Chris was buried at the beautiful Houston National Cemetery. The last assignment that Chris had was to honorably serve in the Honor Guard at Fort Sam Houston. Chris proudly performed many official Honor Guard Duties at this beautiful resting place for U.S. soldiers. Chris served in the U.S. Army for 8 years. He was deployed to many worldwide assignments. He lived most of his like in Killeen, San Antonio and his favorite small town of Seabrook, Texas. Chris was also a disabled veteran. His friends want to purchase a beautiful granite engraved memorial stone to be placed at the Bay Area Veteran's Memorial on 2nd Street in Seabrook. This beautiful recently dedicated memorial overlooks Galveston Bay, which Chris loved so much. The goal is to raise enough funds to honor him in a very deserving way for serving the United States of America.
