Chris Conyers Trillium Gift Of Life

On October 9 2016 Chris was walking home in the early hours on Thanksgiving weekend. Chris was struck by a vehicle and seriously injured. Chris was taken to SunnyBrook hospital and spent 4 days in the critical care unit. On October 12 2016 around noon, Chris was removed from life support and passed away peacefully with his brother and sister by his side. Chris was able to donate organs to 2 people with help from The Trillium Gift Of Life. On behalf of Chris we are trying to raise funds to support more success with organ donation and give familys more time with their loved ones.
