Chris's Dedication Deserves Our Support

It is with a heavy heart that I come to everyone in a time of need for one of Com-Crete’s best employees. Francisco Garcia (aka Chris) recently had his car stolen on our project in Indianapolis, IN. This vehicle was his dream car; a 2021 Dodge Charger with a 392 Hemi under the hood. It took Chris many years to save for this car. At the time the car was stolen, it was parked in the hotel parking lot where other crew members were also lodging. Within the vehicle were Chris’ carpentry tools and personal belongings. Everything down to his very own work boots was stolen. It was a horrible day for Chris to live through, but we rallied the best we could and supported him.

I have never put together anything like a GoFundMe before; however, I could not think of a better deserving individual than Chris. He is the first to arrive at the job and the last to leave every day. In just a couple of years, he has climbed from carpenter to lead carpenter, and now he is encroaching on being one of our foremen. I can tell you that without a doubt, Chris has been a major contributor to our success and growth over the last 12 months specifically.

The above amount that you see as our target fundraising goal only covers a little more than half of the amount Chris needs to purchase a similar vehicle to replace his stolen vehicle. Indianapolis PD has not made any ground in finding his Charger. Also, the insurance company has refused to pay for any of his tools or personal items and did not quite honor the full replacement value of his vehicle. These funds will go directly towards helping Chris finance his next vehicle, replace tools, and personal belongings. Any help that you could give during this time would be greatly appreciated by not only Chris but all of us at Com-Crete.
