Help Support My Dad After a Life-Changing Motorbike Incident
Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out to ask for your support in contributing money towards my dad's rehabilitation. He was recently involved in a serious road traffic collision whilst riding his motorcycle, which is currently being investigated by police. He suffered 15 major injures from the collision which left him going through weeks of operations within the ICU of Stoke hospital. Despite the doctors best efforts he unfortunately had to have a leg amputation. These injuries will not only affect his day to day life but also affect his ability to work.
Many of you will know my dad from Trearddur Bay, where he’s been a familiar and friendly face for years. As a dedicated gas engineer, he’s always been someone people could rely on—whether it was fixing a boiler in the middle of winter or lending a helping hand in the community. He’s poured his heart and soul into supporting others, and now we’re hoping others will do the same for him.
Unfortunately, doctors have confirmed that he will no longer be able to return to work. This has put a significant financial strain on him and our family. We are raising £5,000 to help ease the immediate financial pressure—covering essential living costs, amend his living arrangements to accommodate his disability, therapy, andtravel expenses for hospital visits.
Any amount, no matter how little, would mean the world to us. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page would be just as appreciated. We’re grateful for the love and kindness shown to him already, and we know he’ll be deeply touched by the support of the community he’s been proud to serve.
Thank you very much.
