Friends and family I have a story to share to you,

 On Thursday, June 18th 2015, while I was parking my car in my apartment an unidentified son of a ***** came out of nowhere and cornered me as I was opening my car door. He pointed a .38 revolver in my face and told me to get out of the car, of which I did. I left my keys in the ignition and my wallet and phone in my car. As I was following his orders he decided to shoot me. The bullet went through my forearm and entered the left side of my abdomen, hitting my spleen, pancreas, stomach and liver. Because of this, the doctors had to remove my spleen and part of my pancreas, stitch up my stomach and cauterize my liver. The doctors were not able to remove the bullet. The gunman was never aprehended however my car was found due to the lojack/gps system I had. I have been in the hospital for the last 11 days and am doing much better. I've had some complications and I anticipate I will be staying here for another week. My recovery period is said to be around 4-6 months which impairs me of working or generating any income. The doctors said it was a miracle that I am alive.

I am a very proud person and I have always tried to manage things without asking to much of anybody. But as I sit here in my hospital gown I realize this is the time to put my pride aside and ask for some help from my friends and family. Anything at this point will be greatly appreciated by myself and my family. If you are able to, thank you, and if not it's okay I don't want anyone to feel obligated.
