In honor of Chris Mayer

Chris Mayer, loving husband and father to 3 incredible children, tragically passed away Monday, August 3rd, 2015 when his car was struck by a semi that had lost control.

Chris was an amazing man. He was married to Jenny, his best friend and soulmate, for 15 years and and together they created a wonderful family including three children: Daniel (11), Caroline (8), and Elizabeth (5). He was an avid golfer and could often be found on the golf course when not spending time with his family. 

Chris was traveling southbound on a work trip on Monday, August 3, when a semi in the northbound lane had a tire blow, causing the driver to lose control, cross the median, and hit Chris's car. Investigators at the scene did not find evidence of tire marks or anything to suggest that Chris had any time to react or knew what was happening. It is an awful, tragic accident that no one hopes to ever have happen to a loved one. 

This GoFundMe account has been created to provide funds to his three children to assist in their education needs. Our goal is to fulfill his wishes to provide the best education opportunities for his children.
