Chrisitine Ann Figueroa
Donation protected
Christine Ann Figueroa was not my biological mother. She technically wasn't my aunt or even my distant cousin from my mom's side. We did not share any blood relation, but she was certainly my family. If you had the pleasure of knowing her, then you know how she could touch your heart and make you feel welcomed in every sense in a godly way. She loved God, bowling a perfect game, and above all - her kids and grandbabies. You see, Christine was a one-of-a-kind person. She was never afraid to be the loudest in the room - if it meant you could hear how proud of you she was. She would go the extra mile for strangers, simply because she felt an inclination from God leading her down that path. She claimed herself as the unofficial dog-whisper, "saving over 300 stray dogs" (her words not mine). She was everything a mom, grandma, and daughter needed at that moment. And even if you didn't fit into that category she was there for you anyway, because that's just who she was.
If you find it in your heart and if you shared the same love for Christine that I (and plenty of people have) have for her, I ask that you donate to her bereavement costs and help in any way that you can.
God bless.
