Chris McMahon is only 33 years old with his fate to live with an inoperable brain tumor. Chris’s dream of building a career as an electrician has been thwarted and is relying on family and friends for the support he desperately needs.
I recently learned that Chris was diagnosed 5 years ago with cancer and underwent surgery to remove the tumor. He was hopeful but on July 4th, 2019 Chris had a stroke which then led to a diagnosis of brain cancer 6 months later. Chris has marched on with the positivity, grace, and gratefulness of someone well beyond his years. His fortitude and strength to persevere is not unlike that of many cancer patients. Unfortunately, cancer has now riddled his body leaving him to continue to fight the battle of his young life.
He underwent invasive brain surgery to remove the tumor as well as an aggressive treatment plan of radiation and chemotherapy. The doctor’s efforts were unsuccessful which have left Chris with terminal cancer. Through it all Chis still lights up the room with his radiant smile and remains humble, positive, and thankful that this illness has attacked him rather than any member of his family.
Let’s help Chris fulfill his life dream of driving cross country with his brother and cousin and provide him with the funds he needs to live his life with as little stress as possible. We would like to provide him a rental vehicle and enough to fund his adventure as well as pay some of his medical bills and expenses, which are enormous. The little work Chris is able to do is barely paying his bills. I know you have opened your wallets many times in the past, so please consider doing it again. In the spirit of the holidays, let’s give Chris the present he has always wanted but never asked for.
PLEASE SHARE! :)
