Chris' Psychiatric Disability Evaluation

We have been informed that we need to get an evaluation for psychiatric disability to be paid long-term. The facility that does this is Pine Rest in Grand Rapids. They require a $1100.00 retainer to even schedule an appointment. I really need this to be done. We are not in a position to afford this ourselves. Current disability payments only keep us going week to week and we are a month behind in getting compensation as it is. Without this evaluation it will significantly hinder my ability to receive treatment in the future.
