Chris Wilson's Motorcycle Accident Recovery

We are reaching out to you with heavy hearts as our dear friend, Chris Wilson, recently faced a life-altering event. On his way to work the morning of Sept. 21st, he was involved in a severe motorcycle accident that has left him with extensive injuries. Chris will require surgery to repair his pelvis, followed by months of painstaking recovery to overcome serious injuries across the rest of his body.

Although he has an ARMY of friends, family, and co-workers behind him, there is an immediate need for short-term financial support. As you can imagine, the physical, emotional, and financial toll on Chris and his family is immense. Both Chris and his loving wife, Anna, will be unable to work during this challenging period. As a tight-knit community, we have the opportunity to come together and make a significant impact on their lives, and allow them focus on what matters most... his speedy recovery.

ABOUT CHRIS:

Before joining the Hajoca team almost two years ago, Chris dedicated 15 years of his life to coaching and mentoring young gymnasts aged 5 to 18. Even though he's moved on from that role, his commitment to the gymnastics community remains, often stepping in when they're short-handed. Chris has also been passionate about personal fitness throughout his entire life. He's not only dedicated to his own well-being, but he's also shared his expertise with others. Running his own personal training business on the side, he's helped numerous individuals achieve their fitness goals.

For the past three years, Chris has been relentlessly working towards his life-long aspiration of becoming a competitive bodybuilder. His discipline, dedication, and unyielding commitment to this goal have been nothing short of inspiring to those who know him. He recently placed in the top 3 during his first competition earlier this year, and was very excited to compete at an even higher level in a competition slated for next week... This abrupt turn of events leaves us all heartbroken, knowing how much this next competition and life-long goal meant to him.

As a person, Chris is a shining example of generosity, kindness, and warmth. His love for animals is boundless, and he approaches every endeavor with passion. He's always been the one to extend a helping hand, leaving an indelible mark on countless lives. Even in the wake of this devastating accident, his positivity remains strong. Now, it's our chance to return the favor and support him during this challenging chapter in his journey.
