Chris's Traumatic Brain Injury Recovery

Donation protected
Chris Williams Medical Expenses.

Thank you for checking on our fundraiser today.  It is my earnest prayer that almighty God will show you kindness in your times of need.

We created this campaign for Christopher Williams, who is a part of the Kiewit family team. It's been over two weeks now since he had his life turned upside down in the blink of an eye from a tragic ATV accident.

Chris had a four-wheel accident on Saturday night, March 13, 2021, hanging out with his friends. Chris is 43 years young a husband and father of three boys, the breadwinner of the family, and one of our most valued and loving members.

He had been an integral part of the Kiewit team, a critical part of the VA and FL team since his career six years ago. His gentle touch, calming voice, and highly tunned skills have impacted many friends and family lives.

He hit a tree head-on, causing a fractured skull, fractured bones in his face, and a severe traumatic brain injury (DAI).

Chris will have to undergo multiple surgeries and few more weeks of critical care. Unfortunately, he has developed a staph infection, which has caused his temperature to sporadically to spike to fevers.

Though it is still too early to predict how long his recovery will be, we continue to pray for him to wake up to breathe on his own (without the trach collar assistance). He seems to be responding to some minor commands, which are super positive strides in the right direction.

We are anticipating several months of therapy. Chris is the primary provider of his household, and his current situation has left the family in a traumatic state with lots of bills to pay and everyday living expenses.

We're asking for your help to ease Chris's burden of expenses, his wife (Clarissa), and their three kids (Chris Jr., Cam, and Melo). Chris desperately needs all of the love, positive thoughts, prayers, and financial support he can get at these critical times.

They transferred Chris from the Trauma ICU to the Trauma long-term care level. The ultimate goal is to transfer him to the George Washington University Hospital once he meets the upcoming weeks' criteria.

Therefore, we are putting up this fundraising campaign as a last resort to help Chris and his family with the medical expenses and financial implications for his recovery.

We are hoping you can help with a heartfelt donation at this critical time. We will be very grateful if you can help Chris, his wife, and three children. We know that times are tough for everyone. Any support you can offer at this time will be appreciated.

Whether it is $5, $10, $50, $500, or $1000, We are looking to raise $100,000 to help with their medical expenses and other living expenses.

We know this is a huge ask, and we may not be able to meet this target, but we will greatly appreciate any voluntary donation. No amount is too little or too much. Give as much as you like, and we will be very grateful.

If you cannot donate at this time, please help us in sharing the campaign. Use the share button. Sharing is free, but it can help us connect with more people who can give to this fundraiser. You can share it on social media, and we will be very grateful to you.

Thank you for reading. I pray the good Lord will send you help in your times of need. Thank you once again for your love and support. God bless you.
