Chris vs Hurricane Sally #legend

If anyone who knows my dad, they know how out going and active he is. When we were growing up my brothers and I used to joke and ask what he was training for whenever he was prepping for a triathlon or biathlon. He would respond "I'm training for life".  All that working out and training saved his life. While he was trying to help a friend save his boat, he noticed his own boat was in trouble at the marina they lived at on their boats. Unfortunately, he was unable to save his own boat as it ended up sinking and he was swept out into the channel. Between the boat sinking and him trying to grab on to a channel marker he dislocated his shoulder and was cut and banged up by the barnacles. He was fortunate to have been spotted by Jerry Ash who was able to rescue him from a bridge in Perdido, Fl by kayak. He lost everything on that boat. He won't ask or accept pity from anyone.  He would rather go without than see someone else go without. This is my father who is loved very much. Any prayers and support from the community is much appreciated. You can follow the link at the bottom to better understand what happened. Thank you all who have reached out to us in regards to his well being.
