Chris Tremellen house fire help

A Good mate of mine has just had his off grid cabin he was putting together burn down.   He's lost his dwelling, solar panels, all his water, aquaponics farm he was in the process of setting up.  

Any help would be appreciated, they have lost all their worldly possessions including clothing computer appliances etc.

He lives / lived in Stanthorpe Queensland Australia 4380 my home town also.
