Young honorably discharged navy veteran, Chris, needs our help. Chris is a student learning aviation maintenance and needs financial support to help pay living expenses as well as his upcoming $1500 fees for certification testing. He has recently had his VA benefits reduced to poverty level with which he has to pay his rent, food, care expenses, and phone bill. Income from the VA plus his part time job is not enough to survive.
Chris served 4 years in the navy, 2 in California and 2 in Washington State. His deployment took him to Okinawa for a tour of duty. He trained on P3 fighter jets and is a certified power plant mechanic in the service. However, the FAA does not recognize his certification so he has to receive civilian training for his A & P license. He is halfway through the 2 year program. Please help him succeed!!
