On behalf of Chris Singer and the Singer Family we are starting a fundraiser for his upcoming much needed kidney transplant surgery.

Chris has been on this kidney transplant journey for 10+ years and he has been blessed to be a match with a kidney from a live donor. The transplant is scheduled for 12/26/23.

The surgery is a very expensive procedure and this one is being done with out-of-network costs. Although some of the costs will be covered by insurance, insurance will not cover everything.

To help put the cost in perspective, in 2020 the average cost of a living donor transplant cost was $442,500.

Upcoming funds will be needed for yet unknown medical expenses, medications, anti-rejection drugs and many post surgery appointments. It will help with loss of income for time off work, food and essentials to get through this time.

Those of you that know Chris and his family personally and also for those that don't should know and realize they typically won't ask for help.

We want Chis to focus on preparing for, undergoing, and recovering from this life changing surgery instead of worrying about a large financial strain.
