Chris Samuels was a loving husband, father, and friend to many.  This tragedy has left many heartbroken including a son, wife, and unborn son.  

We are have started a fund to help offset the cost for Chris' funeral and set up a fund for his children's college education.  

Chris brought joy to us here at Kaiser Permanente San Jose, and was a beloved member of the Transport Team here in Adult and Family Medicine.  

Please help Chris and his family in any way that you can.
