Chris Salmon, father to Felicity (9), Eliza (7) and Hugo (3), and wife to Georgie unexpectedly passed away in August 2025. He has left behind his wonderful family, who must now find ways to come to terms with the emotional enormity of living without Chris. But Chris’s death also has had huge financial implications too, meaning that the family now need our support.

Chris worked full time to provide for his family, and he was also in the middle of renovating their home which was in need of repairs when they moved in. The family are now facing the loss of Chris’s income, funeral costs, and also need to find a way to finish the more urgent repairs.

This appeal is to raise funds to help the family in their time of urgent need. Specifically with the costs of the funeral, and to go towards the house repairs. Any money you can donate will make a huge difference. The stated target is an arbitrary figure, but to give a sense of costs the funeral will be around £4000, while fixing up the house to create a stable, warm and dry home will be much more.
