Chris Rhoten's End of Life Expences

My father, Christopher Rhoten, passed away on July 25.  He has been battling heart disease since 2007.  Due to his terrible health for the past 12 years he was unable to get life insurance.  My siblings and I are trying to raise money to cover all of his final expenses.  We would greatly appreciate and help you can give us.  My sister, Morgan, has barely been able to work for the past year due to taking care of him.  He came home from the hospital after being in the CVIVU for seven months.  We did everything we could to guarantee he had the best life he could until the very end.  Thank you for any donation you can give.




Christopher Todd Rhoten, of Hopewell, Virginia passed away peacefully Thursday, July 25, 2019 after a long fight against heart disease. He was born in Richmond, Virginia, September 23, 1966.  Chris was an avid fisherman and card player.  He also loved being a father and grandfather.  He is proceeded in death by his parents, Ada (Laney) Burleigh and Mercer Rhoten. Also, by his brother Timothy Rhoten.  He is survived by his children Morgan Rhoten, Bryanna Rhoten, Matthew Rhoten (Danielle) and Michael Rhoten.  He is also survived by his grandchildren, Brynleigh and Lyncoln Rhoten.  His siblings; Mark Rhoten (Karen), Gregory Rhoten (Cheryl), Bryan Rhoten, Jill Miller, and Clay Burleigh (Susan).  He is also survived by a special Aunt, Brenda Laney and her daughter Vickie, along with numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
