Chris Plew was my cousin and a wonderful father, son, and brother. I have no memory of Chris where he was not happy, trying to cheer someone up, helping someone out, or just overall trying to be a positive person. Chris was recently diagnosed with stage four cancer, and unfortunately passed away on November 1st.
Chris' family, which includes his 16 year old daughter, brother, sister, and mother, are struggling with the financial burden of bills and expenses while having to mourn his loss. This fundraiser is to help alleviate some of that burden. The funds will be used for funeral expenses and medical bills. I personally like to think this fundraiser will overall be used to help Chris' daughter and family have an easier time in this very difficult period. All the money from this fundraiser will go to Chris' immediate family.
