This is Tim Lenahan, Stockton Class of '83 and Men's Soccer Player from 1980-1982. We just lost one of our own, Chris Nilson, '88 (Columbia H.S.  '84)  to cancer on August 12, 2021.  Simply put, Chris was a character and probably one of the funniest guys I've come across. He was also extremely loyal to his friends, especially his Stockton and Columbia High School friends.

Chris was from modest means and with this GoFundMe, we are hoping to help with some of the funeral costs for the family and to support their two college-aged children. This is really a time when the family is in need of our help.

We've done this for fellow Ospreys in the past and I'm always amazed at the level of outreach and I know those at Columbia High School have done the same.  We all know how special our time in Pomona  or Maplewood, New Jersey was and this is a way to give back to a needy family. We all are truly #OspreysForLife and for those from Columbia, Excelsior Cougars!
