Hey everybody Chris Rosiak here. Thank God for Social Media huh, I recently had a medical event on duty in the ER I work at. During my admission it was discovered that my previous brain tumor site again has found a newly discovered tumor. As i continue presenting with seizure activity and balance problems my Oncologist is recommending surgery along with Radiation and Chemotherapy. As it’s been 12 years since my last Cancer treatment it surprised me that it’s present once again. What concerns me is the length of treatment being approximately 1 year again. in the interim I will not be employed and many treatments partly covered by insurance. Besides my health concerns I’m anxious over the finances involving Carter and Tiana. I’m 22 years older this time vs last cancer diagnoses. How will my body react to the assault pending? The income loss to myself and towards the financial support of my kids is going to be an agonizing hurdle. I’m pleading for any assistance in this uphill battle I face. I’m not letting Cancer win this time. My kids deserve to grow up with their Dad. Many thanks to you all in advance. Any assistance you can provide will be much appreciated. Cancer took my firefighter career away. Now my nursing career on hold while I fight this fight once more. Cancer you will not win. I promise you that!
