Hello friends and family I'm reaching out on behalf of Chris Lalonde who passed away unexpectedly from a pulmonary embolism that had resulted from a back surgery two weeks ago. Chris was only 50 years old and his wife Allison is expecting a son this summer. Where do I start when it comes to describing Chris? He was a friend, brother, leader. I've known Chris for 15 years in and out of the Army. Chris faithfully served his country and put himself in harms way so many times I can't count. He was a mentor and friend in the Army and a brother for life. Yesterday when I talk to him I offered to fly down to be there to support him in the hospital and he declined. I believe that Chris would want his brothers and sisters to ban together to support his wife, his daughter, his unborn son, his other children. In this extremely difficult time in the untimely death that has occurred. Everyone I've talked to has been in shock at what happened. Let's put that shock into action and raise this money for Chris Wife and children. If you knew Chris he was always giving to everyone let us return to him the blessing that he was to so many of us
