Chris Kwan (The Kwanie)

 

Hi, my name is Lucy and I am fundraising for Chris Kwan. As many of you know, Kwan is known as Coach Kwan to our Sam Houston High School Basketball family. He moved down here years ago, and he has made such an incredible impact on our community. If you know him, Coach Kwan is the funniest, most supportive friend/mentor anyone could ever ask for. He is a bright ray of sunshine and could make you smile despite life's challenging circumstances. He recently was involved in a tragic incident causing him to need emergency medical treatment. He will need extensive care and upcoming surgeries, which will extend his hospital stay. Coach will need help covering these extra medical expenses; if you can, please donate to help one of our local superheroes. We love you, Kwanie!!!

My Name is Brandon Bellon I am from Moss Bluff,  Louisiana. I Met Chris Kwan about 7 years ago when he moved down here to be an assistant coach at Sam Houston High School, we quickly became good friends.  We are raising funds for Chris to not only help with medical bills, but personal bills as well. Our goal was to give him a financial cushion while he recovers from surgery. Our plan is to withdraw funds, and have them combined into one cashiers check with the other funds that are being raised. From there we will deposit into his personal account, so that any ACH payments are able to be paid without any lapse.
