As most of you know, we received devastating news a couple of months ago that Chris had a massive heart attack.  He was air lifted to Pikeville and after a month in ICU was transported to Lexington to enable him to be free of life support.  Now, he is being sent to Atlanta for extensive therapy and rehabilitation that he can not receive locally.

Up to this point all that the family has requested is continued prayers because we all know Chris is in God's hands. However, with this next transfer Chris must be transferred by plane there and back when he's ready to come home.  We have learned that part of these expenses are required upfront.

With your help this money will be used to provide transportation for Chris' children and family to visit and care for him, his own traveling expenses and medical bills, and the endless list of expenses that are weighing on his loved ones.
