This go fund me page is to raise money for an amazing friend.  Chris Holmes was riding his bicycle in a gravel road race when he was hit by a car on Oct. 10.  He is in ICU with a traumatic brain injury and multiple bone fractures (spinal, sternum, ribs, humerus, wrist, foot and facial).  Chris is lucky to be alive.  But brain injuries are unpredictable, making his road to recovery uncertain.  He will definitely require several surgeries and extensive rehabilitation.  The money raised here will assist with medical bills, rehab and associated expenses incurred while he is out of work.  Any donation to help with Chris’ road to recovery is much appreciated.  Please share this post so the whole cycling community can be aware, pray and give thanks for their own safe rides.      Thank you.
