Chris Hannaford (aka Trade) - House Fire

Dear Friends, Family, and Caring Community,

We come to you today with heavy hearts as we share the devastating news of our dear friend Chris (also known as Trade to his close friends & family), who recently lost everything in a house fire. Chris, a compassionate and hardworking individual, lived alone with his two beloved dogs, who provided him not only with companionship but a sense of warmth and comfort. Regrettably, the fire claimed the life of one of his cherished canine companions, adding an unbearable layer of grief to an already tragic situation.

Chris has faced many challenges in recent years, navigating the isolation brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic. Living on his own, he leaned on the unconditional love of his dogs. Despite these adversities, Chris maintained his resilient spirit, offering support to those around him and embodying the caring person within our community.

Now, as Chris comes to terms with the aftermath of the fire, we/his friends and family are launching this GoFundMe campaign to rally our community and provide him with the support he urgently needs. Beyond the material losses, the emotional toll of losing his home and a cherished pet has been immense.
