Our esteemed friend and colleague Christopher James Green, age 57, passed away unexpectedly on June 6, 2021.
Chris was a Clinical Practice Transformation Manager at HealthierHere. He was an accomplished professional, bringing significant experience and expertise to our work. Chris's commitment to equity and working to end health disparities were evident in all that he did.
Chris was also an incredible human who brought joy, passion, humor, enthusiasm, kindness, and friendship to many. Besides Chris's commitment to equity in the healthcare sector, he had many interests, including reading, performing arts, and forest conservation.
HealthierHere worked with Chris’ family to identify ways that we could honor his memory and commitment. A Memorial Tree will be planted in Chris's memory through the Arboretum Foundation and any remaining funds will go to the American Heart Association on Chris's behalf.
