Please donate to help Chris Goebel

My name is Kari Hall, and I am starting this fundraiser for my friend and my son's friend, Chris Goebel. Chris ran to the store last Friday night, and when he arrived home to his apartment in Bradenton Beach, it was on fire. The fire department was called, and Chris entered his apartment in an attempt to locate his fire extinguisher to save what he could, but the extinguisher did not work.

He suffered cuts and injuries to his hands and returned outside as the fire department put out the fire. He unfortunately lost basically all of his belongings and was devastated that the PlayStation 5 that he had saved up to give his beloved 12-year-old son, Jacob, for Christmas was gone.

Chris is a great guy and has helped me out on so many occasions, from fixing my garbage disposal to mostly helping take care of my pool while asking for little or nothing in return. He has his own business, and his knowledge about pools and chemicals is amazing. He lost his van in September as it was destroyed by the hurricane when it devastated Anna Maria Island. He worked hard to save up to purchase another vehicle so his business could continue.

What Chris needs is money to replace what he has lost and to find new housing.
