Chris Frankish Trust

We want to raise awareness of mental health and alcohol dependency to help others like Chris get the help they need. 
Too many people are suffering and ending up the same way as Chris and we firstly want to understand mental health and why people suffer. But also understand what help is out there. 

The aim is to not let Chris pass in vain. We want him to be remembered and for his name to be known as the name that helped people get the help they needed and deserve. 

It's time to work together to raise money for those charities who care for people who struggle with every day life for different reasons and to raise awareness of mental health so there is no stigma and everyone understands it's about sticking together and helping those around you. 

Let's fight back against the mental health stigma and finally start making a change in this system to get everyone the help that they need when they need it!
