Chris DeGenova Memorial Celebration Fundraiser

Chris' friends are raising funds to help celebrate his life!

We want to throw a farewell party he would love, to help remember and celebrate his fabulousness. He spent over a decade here in Connecticut, not too far from where he was born in Grafton, Massachusetts. So we will be holding the Celebration 20 minutes from his beautiful new condo.

Please join us on April 30th at 3pm, at the Elks Lodge 957, 30 Washington St New Britain CT 06053. Parking is at 30 High St, or in the free parking garage nearby.

We'll be having food from Whole Foods Market, where Chris was a dedicated employee for over 22 years, refreshments, sharing of pictures and memories, and partying in his honor. Chris loved a good party, and dressing up, so look your best, and feel free to accessorize with any Wonder Woman, Doctor Who, Star Trek, or any other accouterment from his beloved Fandoms and favorite things.

We invite anyone who would like to say a few words, or write down a memory and share pictures. If you do not wish to speak, or cannot attend, you can send pictures/memories you'd like to share to Michele Via Facebook, or by email at [email redacted].

We would also like to use a portion of the funds to help those who would be traveling from around the country, as Chris touched the lives of everyone he came across. If you need some assistance for travel fare, please reach out to Leslie on Facebook.

Even if you are unable to attend, we appreciate anything you are willing to donate! Hopefully we get to see you there, and we can celebrate and remember the Best Friend your could ask for.
