Hello , My name is Marie Conyers . My sister Chris Conyers has battled with congestive heart failure for many , many years . As her battle continues , her cardiologist  told us Chris ‘s heart is weak & only working at 15%. I wish I can say Chris will be with us forever, but I know that’s not reality . Unfortunately Chris was diagnosed was with an intellectual disability at an early age. She later was diagnosed with a long list of health problems that she has battled with for a number of years, one being Congestive Heart Failure. Chris has fought a long fight, but the doctor's have now said that there is nothing else they can do. Chris would like to be laid to rest near her mom whom she was not able to know because she passed away due to heart complications when Chris was 2 years old. It is for this reason that my family and I are asking that if you can please donate and help to make her wish come true. Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity.
