As some may already know, a little over a week ago our family received very shocking and unexpected news that my brother Chris has cancer. He went in for a doctor’s appointment thinking he was just there to schedule a surgery but was told shortly after that he had cancer and would need to get further testing immediately. During the past week Chris has had multiple tests done and as of yesterday, the results are that he has stage III cancer. 

Chris is only 34 years old with a 9-year-old son and 12-year-old daughter that adore him. As you can imagine, our family is devastated at this news and at the battle my brother is going to be facing. He has been struggling silently for the better part of this past year with immense pain and his journey is now only beginning. He’s to meet with his oncology team in the coming days to finalize the appropriate course of action but there will be chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery in his future. 

This page will help Chris with bills, any medical expenses that may come up, and everyday expenses as we all know life in general is expensive.  Any and all donations will be to help him through this difficult time and the even harder times to come. He has already been put out of work due to his condition but he had been struggling to work for months prior to this and his income and savings are now depleted. 

Chris is one of the strongest, most genuine and caring people I know and my heart breaks as I wish and pray everyday that he did not have to go through this. I’ll continue to provide updates on here as we learn more and thank you to everyone for your support.
