It is with a broken heart, that is supported by all of your love, that I must inform you Christopher Colfack passed away the morning of 7/28/2020 from a suspected heart attack.

His co-workers did everything right. The EMTs and staff at the hospital did everything they could, but it was his time to be called forward.

Family and friends have been notified as best I/we were able, but he was so very loved and I am truly sorry for anyone hearing this heavy news for the first time from me.

Hold your people when you can. Tell your friends you love them with reckless abandon.

And, in Chris's honor, never pass on an opportunity for a shitty pun.

From the support team helping Samm out:

Chris was taken from us much too soon, leaving Samm and two beautiful children. 

A little about the team, Sinn, Tricia and Hilary have known Samm and Chris for years from various activities including Pennsic, Burns and just being a wonderful human being.  While Hilary lives far away in Mass, Sinn and Tricia are right there with Samm right now. Putting this fundraiser together is our way of taking some of the burden off of Samm's shoulders so she can just grieve. All the funds will go straight to Samm and the two little ones. Once she has set up an account for the funds she will be designated as the beneficiary of all the funds.

The funds will be used for a wide variety of things including but not limited to:

*Funeral costs

*Living expenses like Food, Utilities, Rent

*Education for the Children

Thank-you for all your help and support, ever little bit takes some of the stress of losing a wonderful Father and Partner as well as main income earner for the family. The world is a little darker without Chris in it.
