On March 16th my dad was on his way home from work when another driver ran into him causing his motorcycle to land in a ditch, and my dad to land 20 feet farther in the woods.  This accident resulted in him being placed in a medical coma for 2 days and on a ventilator for 5.  He has endured several major surgries inclucding, a stint on his aorta and an amputation of his left leg above his knee, to list a couple.  After 13 days on the SICU floor he has finally been moved to a less intesive floor, where he can being his recovery.

Now that my dad's recover has begun, my brother sister and I find ourselves in need of help assisting our mom in making the necessary modifications to their home, so one day soon our dad can live as independtly as he did on the day of his accident.
