Support Chris and Nicole Dyck
Chris & Nicole are traveling to Plasticity Brain Center, a medical center in Denver Colorado, where both are going to receive medical treatments this October. Chris has been battling long term chronic pain due to brain injury and Nicole scoliosis and arthritis her neck and back. These donations are being collected for the expenses of the trip and medical treatment (travel, the treatments itself, food and lodging, etc.)

The Story

Chris was in a diving accident in 2013 where he broke both his back and neck. Ever since then he has suffered with chronic pain and is unable to sustain work as a result of the brain and neck injury. Over this time they have spent tens of thousands of dollars seeking out treatment from dozens of medical professionals. Some have helped to temporary ease the pain, however there has been minimal lasting improvement. As you can imagine, brain and nerve injuries are so delicate and often difficult to treat. Chris has spent countless hours looking into and exhausting every option they have seen available for them here in Canada. He however came across some very promising medical practices from some of the top North American neurological doctors at Plasticity Brain Centers in Denver Colorado. 

At the same time, over the years Nicole has also been battling and is need of medical attention for multiple conditions, including scoliosis and arthritis in her neck and head. Both Chris and Nicole have not been able to return to work due to their health and are in big need of long lasting treatment. 

After talking with other Canadians who have gone down to Plasticity Brain Centers for treatment, there is much hope that this neurological treatment could have a HUGE positive impact for both their health!

Their whole family - which includes their four awesome kids, Bella, Kaori, Lucas and Natalie - will benefit from Chris and Nicole receiving these treatments.
